30 Day Refund Guarantee on non-sale items

If you don't like it AND haven't worn it, we'll take it back.

If you are unsatisfied with your order or merchandise for any reason, be it a manufacturer's defect or simply a change of mind, we offer a 30 day return policy on non-sale items.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@oldschoolsupplyco.com, making sure to include your name, order number, order date, and photo of the product so we can verify your purchase and look up the order efficiently.

Once we have received your returned package, we will refund you the price of the item. We will not refund the original shipping cost, nor the cost of shipping back the return. All refunds take between 5-7 business days to reflect back on your bank statement.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any items that have been worn, washed, or removed from the original packaging unless the item is defective.
